The beginning

Our journey started with a bold idea: to break free from emotionless, scripted NPCs and bring characters to life in ways never seen before. Tired of the same old robotic exchanges, we envisioned a world where NPCs react with genuine emotion, adapting and evolving in real-time to each player's unique journey.

Driven by creativity and a touch of daring, we set out to make sure that every NPC feels as real, unpredictable, and charming as the people you meet in the real world.

What We've Accomplished So Far

We've built an enhanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) environment with flexible, lightweight guardrails to keep dynamic conversations engaging and on track.

Using our knowledge-transferring algorithms, we've transformed free-text stories of NPCs, game worlds, or even entire alternate realities into comprehensive knowledge bases. These power both individual NPC intelligence and global knowledge about the gameplay world, ensuring GenAI-driven conversations stay aligned with the game's subject, actions, and events.

We've developed a creator interface that allows customization of NPCs' conversation styles, realistic attitudes, moods, and player interactions—giving creators the tools to craft truly unique characters.

Our agents are protected by immutable settings and role consistency—ensuring critical aspects of their integrity and functionality remain intact. This keeps every NPC true to its unique personality and purpose, delivering a seamless, controlled experience.

What's Next

We're now working on an advanced creator interface that will give developers even more control over NPCs' characters, attitudes, knowledge scope, and individual conversation styles.

We're also designing a world-knowledge layer to enable real-time updates for NPCs, so they can respond intelligently to a player's achievements and failures as the story unfolds.
